Single Serve Cookie Dough!

Out of the 3 single serve recipes I tried, this was the one that I have enjoyed the most! So yummy, and only took about 5 minutes to make! I adapted the recipe from here.

 Ingredients:

  • 0.5 tsp

    Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tbsp

    Water

  • 3 tbsp

    Flour

  • 1 tbsp

    Granulated Sugar

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp
    Butter/
    Margarine
  • as many
    Chocolate Chips
    as you want
  • Pinch of salt

First I started out with my butter. I honestly didn’t measure it, but it looked like it was about 1-1.5 tbsp, and since the recipe called for 1.5 tbsp I just used it. I began by melting it in the bowl and then mixed the other ingredients into it.

I then added my flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix these ingredients together really well, then add the water. If I made this again, I think I will add a little less water, because it was just a tad too watery for my liking. Once everything is stirred together well, add the chocolate chips. As you can see, I used mini chocolate chips because it was what I grabbed first, and I thought it was appropriate! Lastly, I chilled it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes since it was warm from the butter.

Enjoy!
