Hi Beauties and Fashionistas! My name is Mary and I’ll be bringing
you this week’s addition of Wishlist Wednesday! This week’s list will be
all about beauty products! I run a beauty blog called Pink Me Please! (www.pink-me-please.blogspot.
that you guys should definitely check out if your into beauty and all
things girly. A little bit about me, I’m an American living in
Australia. I’m doing my MA in International Business but my real passion
is fashion and beauty. All the products I’m listing below are available
pretty much worldwide (with the exception of the sephora glosses which
are exclusive to the store) but I’ve linked them to the US websites and
put the prices in USD. Many of the products on here would also make
great gift ideas for your friends or family. Some of the products I’ve
already tried and some I haven’t, but they’re all on my Christmas
wishlist!!!
Soap and Glory – The Righteous Butter – Sephora $18http://www.sephora.com/the-
I use this body butter twice a day and it is AMAZING. It is by far the
best moisturizer I’ve ever used. It has a rich creamy texture but isn’t
greasy and doesn’t leave a residue. It makes your skin super soft and
smells exactly like Chanel’s Coco Madmoiselle perfume (very girly and
floral). This is perfect for winter when your skin gets all dry and
yucky!
Korres Lip Butter – Sephora $12http://www.sephora.com/lip-
lip product has been at the top of my wishlist for a very long time! I
tried it once in a Mecca store and it was amazing! The colors are really
vivid and pretty. The texture is rich and it keeps your lips
moisturized while looking much prettier than chapstick. I especially
like the color Quince which is a lovely rose shade that flatters all
skin tones.
Sephora Collection Gloss Lab – Sephora $25http://www.sephora.com/gloss-
set is an amazing buy! You get 10 different gloss shades in a variety
of colors for only $25. Considering Sephora’s glosses are usually $10 a
piece, that a great bargain! I’m a real fan of sets because you get so
much value for your money. Even if you end up with one or two products
that aren’t great matches for you, you can give those ones to a friend
and then you still have many more! Sets almost always work out to be
cheaper than buying the product individually so I definitely recommend
finding ones for the items on your wishlist!
Physicians Formula pH Matchmaker Blush and Bronzer – Drugstore.com $16 eachhttp://www.drugstore.com/
http://www.drugstore.com/
I will admit that I have not yet tried these, but I have ordered them
and I’m so excited to see how they work! The idea behind the blush and
bronzer is that the powder reacts to the pH balance of your skin
creating the most flattering shade for you.It also means that you get
your own unique powder colors! Cool right?! They also have a lip gloss
in this lip that I’m considering buying… AND if you buy them on drugstore.com, you get buy one get one 50% off. That means that you can get both for only $24. Pretty cool right?!
e.l.f. Radiant Glow Face Primer – eyeslipsface.com $6http://www.eyeslipsface.com/
E.l.f. products in general are great value. Most of them work really
well and almost nothing is over $10! This face primer is a perfect
example. It’s only $6 but works just as well as a high end product. It
comes in a variety of colors for different skin concerns. If you have
very red skin, use the green. If you have very yellow or dull skin use
the lavender. The clear is good for all skin types. The one that I’m
most excited to try is the radiant glow which has just a slight amount
of shimmer to it to make you look fresh and awake! I also have a coupon
code for you guys: ELF5SA2X0. Use it at checkout to get $5 off your order, that makes the primer only $1 plus shipping! Bargain!
e.l.f. Essential Holiday 14-piece Nail Cube – eyeslipsface.com $10http://www.eyeslipsface.com/
This is the newest addition to my wishlist! It’s a set of 14 nail
polishes in a wide variety of colors. Even with shipping these work out
to be just over $1 a polish, which is an amazing price! This would make a
great gift for your best friend or secret santa. Or for yourself…
just saying.
Benefit Cosmetics – Cabana Glama Set – Ulta $19http://www.ulta.com/ulta/
Let me start off by saying that Benefit is by far my favorite cosmetics
company and so they definitely deserve a place on my wishlist! I love
the brand so much because they really stress making makeup fun and they
produce some of the best products out there. I especially love they’re
sets because they come with some many fun things! This set with a mini
Hoola bronzer (which has a bit of a cult following!), a mini posie tint
(my favorite cheek stain), a mini foundation, an eyeshadow palette, some
applicators, and a tips and tricks pull out. This set would be great
for traveling or just to try out some of their best products.
And that’s all for my wishlist! I hope you guys enjoyed it and found
a couple things that you want to add to your wishlist! Make sure to
visit my blog (www.pink-me-please.blogspot.
xoxo, Mary
Thank you so much for writing this, Mary! I got a few ideas from it and can now cross a few things off my list!
