Another month ending, another monthly bullet journal spread to share! October is one of my favorite months because it is right in the middle of my favorite season. It was so fun creating this fall-themed spread for October, and I can’t wait to come up with a fun theme for next month too!
For the cover, I took inspiration from a similar design I saw on Pinterest. I added a few flairs of my own too, of course. The mini pumpkin patch is just perfect for October, and I like that it is a bit whimsical. I tried shading in the letters for October to create an ombre effect, and I think that it turned out pretty cute!
For my gratitude page, I went for a simple design since my writing takes up almost a whole page by the end of a month. I also added in an orange cat to keep with the orange/fall theme. I had a stencil, so it was super easy and I love the way it turned out! I decided to add lines inside the outline of the cat to make it a plaid cat, which is perfect for fall too.
My third page is where I have my goals and habits. I had these on the same page last month too, and I loved how it worked. My habits are the same from last month, but I am hoping to be able to fill in every box this month! I also tried to make the header for habits look like a pumpkin… not really sure if I succeeded or not, but I think it still goes along with the theme.
Then for my goals, I chose to keep it pretty simple and just add a pumpkin in for the “O”. I love how it turned out, and I chose to add another quote to this page. Having a fun quote by my goals each month helps motivate me to work towards them. This month I chose the quote “A goal without a plan is just a wish.” This will be a great reminder throughout the month to make plans for all my goals, whether they are short-term or long-term.
Lastly, I have my expenses page. It is so helpful to track my spending here, but I also wanted to make it aesthetically pleasing too. I chose to add in candy corns, since they fit in perfectly with my theme! I love how simple they are to draw, but they definitely make the page cuter.
What are your goals for October? Leave them in the comments below!
