They can add a bright pop of color to any otherwise boring outfit, or they can add a little modesty to a low cut or sheer top! Sure, Forever 21 does not have the best quality, but I think having one in every color is essential. And once you have a lot, you don’t wear the same ones as often so they don’t get worn out as easily. I also love working out in these tanktops!
