How To Be Active With Friends

Do you find yourself getting in a rut when you are hanging out with your friends? So many times we go to see a movie, go out to eat, or go grab ice cream during the summer months. Recently I have been trying to find some low cost and active activities for me and my friends to do because we all know that going out to eat and going to movies can end up pricey.

-go on a hike-

-play minigolf-

-go bowling-

-play tennis-

-go on a bike ride-

-go swimming-

-go geocaching-

-walk your dog together-

-go paddle boating-

Some of these ideas are obviously more active then others, and depending on where you live or what your circumstances are, you might not be able to do all of them. But this list is a great start and I have done almost everything on it at some point this summer! 

Also, August 1st is National Girlfriends Day, and by doing active things with your friends you are encouraging them to make healthier decisions.
